5 days and 7.7% battery wear and getting worse...

I just bought my T100 on fryday. The first day installed batterybar and noticed a 3.3% battery wear... I thought it could be just a calibration problem. But monday it was 5%... Yesterday I used the computer until the battery was empty and then I fully charged it and... 7.7% battery wear.

Any of you have the same problem? Should I have to ask for a replacement?

Note: It's the new model with a 500GB HD and a 5V 3A charger. Last full charge took about 4 hours with screen brightness at maximun.

I;m not certain I see where your problem is re: the battery but you DO need to change your date. It's only February where I live.

How is everyone's full charge capacity when they do a "powercfg /batteryreport"? Mine fluctuated a lot. Starts at around 24000 when I do a full reset and goes up when charging a few times. My T100 also randomly shut down and wouldnt start up after the shutdown unless I plugged in so I RMAed it. They sent it back and the full charge capacity started at 24000 again so I'm wondering if its normal, haven't had a chance to drain the battery and charge it again yet.

Mine has the following which I think is what you were asking?
    DESIGN CAPACITY 30,675 mWh
    FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 28,241 mWh

From BatteryBar Glossary... here Glossary - OsirisWiki

Battery Wear = The percentage of the battery's designed capacity that your battery has lost. The higher the wear value, the less charge it is able to hold.

Does that mean your battery is failing... I don't know? Maybe someone can help.

In my country we start with the day and follows the month. It's confusing when you get a date like this and you don't know the region it comes from

Does anyone know a calibration procedure of the battery other than full empty and full rechargin it?

It took me a while to install all my programs and I want to be sure that the battery is failing before ask for a new T100.

I am no battery expert but I suggest you get a "second opinion" on the readings. Try HWMonitor free it has a battery level and wear reading as well as HD temps etc, there is a portable (ZIP) version so you can try it without installing it

The date is fine, nportillo is using Day-Month-Year format

    See my post:
I dont understand how battery acts on this system. On saturday I had it charge up to 30684mWh, then I discharged it a bit down to 80% and charged it again, it went up to 30300mWh. Then I used the tablet only on battery during sunday and got it discharged to 30%. Put it to charge during the night and it only charged back to 28500mWh.

    Very unconstant, any ideas wby?
