I'm not sure - 216 worked well for me originally but got pulled from the Asus site as some people had issues flashing it so 214, 220 and 223 are the only bios versions on the site at the moment I think.

Funny, my batt wear is now down to 0%, but ... : http://sdrv.ms/1h1uhpk

Clearly batt readings arent correct on this system.

I dont understand how battery acts on this system. On saturday I had it charge up to 30684mWh, then I discharged it a bit down to 80% and charged it again, it went up to 30300mWh. Then I used the tablet only on battery during sunday and got it discharged to 30%. Put it to charge during the night and it only charged back to 28500mWh.

    Very unconstant, any ideas wby?

Hello guys, I've been watching very carefully what it being stated here and I saw something akward in my battery reports. It doesn't show any power values at all, only times.
There's a report attached as you can confirm. Any solution to this problem? I've never seen any power values on my reports btw

I just wanted to point out that Windows does seem to generate the "estimated time remaining" data, its available via WMI. I get it on my T100 via my Windows Gadget.

As for reducing the battery life when streaming Twitch.TV, you could try Livestreamer which should allow you to stream it via VLC. You will miss out on the chat window though but you could always install something like flashblock to prevent the video window from opening in the browser but allow the chat window. Not sure how much GPU acceleration VLC uses but I know on Linux it streams much better than FLASH, not tried it on Windows myself.

you see the percentages though and it looks good.
around 10% per hour of active usage. just like my unit.

i Always freak out when i see my battery drop with yet another percent.
but on a pc time goes faster than i think

they should make laptops with 20 HOUR BATTERIES!!!
    i'm so glad i got this T100.

    i love long battery life

    battery life and charging

I got the t100and I have it charged fully. I unplug to take it to class and later when I want to use it the battery is worn down. It won't turn on unless I plug in. Is there something I am supposed to do to save the battery? I do push the off button on the side of the tablet to turn it off. Thanks.

If I understand correctly, you're not shutting it down, but putting it on sleep. Some users have a power draining problem on sleep when it's docked to the keyboard (don't know if it's with all of them, but my (with the 500gb HDD) has this problem). You can reduce the power drain on sleep by putting it on airplane mode, turning off active apps and undocking it (if it's an option). I'd recommend shutting it down if you do not intend to use it for a while, it still loads quite fast.

Quite fast? I think it's superfast. I Always turn mine off. Even if just for 30 minutes.

I get battery drain when I'm on wifi in sleep. But runs quite well when I turn off.
