Smile Ok what is my next step?

Just got the T100 64 gig yesterday from Amazon. It has the Windows logo on the face. I had 2.14 bios. I ran the Asus updater first and installed the AC power notify update and biso 2.20. Then ran Windows updates and applied all the updates except for drivers. It looks like about six drivers want to install. Should I do that? Other than connecting to my Windows Live account that's about all I have done to it. Oh and I made a recovery drive with a usb key after all that.

    Thanks!

I would get them. There's been no reports of any driver updates screwing anything up, and this machine could use some updates so I'd get them.

In fact, I've just turned on auto-update for everything. I don't do that on my laptop but for me the T100 is a secondary machine so I really don't want to spend too much time worrying about it and maintaining it, which is something I've already spent too much time doing in the time I've owned it.

I can add that I am a happy T100 customer. Got the 64Gb version a week a go and finally got to turning it on yesterday.

Factory bios was 2.13 so i ran Asus Updater and it updated the BIOS to 2.20 plus 2 other critical updates. All went smoothly.

So far, no battery charging issues or hangs and I have customised the h*ll out of Win 8.1 - installing apps I commonly used and uninstalled the Microsoft bloatware that I dislike. Close the clamshell last night at 91% battery and this morning it is down to 88% so pretty happy with that.

All in all it has been a great experience for me. **Touch wood**

After the BIOS update to 2.20 I ran all the Windows updates and all the Asus drivers updates.

    My T100TA is perfect.
