    Low FPS on my T100.

Hello everyone, I am new to forums to please take it easy.
I have been experiencing from just 5fps to 30fps on my T100. Most of the time the fps ranges from 10-20 fps.

Team Fortress 2(Low settings for all) 5-25 fps
    (High settings) 5-25 fps

    L4D2 (Low settings) 10-20 fps
    (High settings) 10-20 fps

    CS:GO (Low settings) 10-25 fps
I feel that on the T100, the settings did not really affect the fps. However, when there is more action(L4D2) or more players(TF2), the fps would drop dramatically.
I have also seen and read that L4D2 and TF2 can run smoothly with even up to 40+fps on the T100 and I was shocked.
I then used Razer Cortex to try and optimize my T100 but it did not really helped.
Will resetting to factory settings help? If not, how can I tweak my T100 for a better fps?
I hope to see a reply soon.

    UPDATE:
Portal 2 (Low settings) 10-30 fps

Is your lower than expected FPS perhaps being caused by a slow WiFi/network connection?

    A few things to try

I know that this is 4 years late, but I thought I'd comment here anyway. Try getting a low spec config file for TF2 (idk if CS:GO and L4D have them, i think they do) to drastically improve performance. I recommend chris highframes/maxframes. There are plenty of tutorials that explain how to do this so I won't talk about how to install a config file here. Also, try speeding up your PC. Turn off the search index if you don't use Windows Search a lot, turn off unnecessary animations/eye candy, use CCleaner to free up disk space, use apps like Ultimate Windows Tweaker, Winaero Tweaker, and W10 Privacy to tweak Windows to be faster and have better privacy. Remove Startup programs with Task Manager, use lightweight versions of popular apps, use the high performance power plan. There are tons of ways to speed up a low-end PC like the T100.
