Windows Store games keep crashing to Start screen.

I've searched quite a bit and have not found anyone with similar issues. I apologize if I missed a thread covering this issue.

Just bought the T100TA-C1-GR from Walmart today. Went to Windows Store to try out some free games. FIFA 14 and Hungry Shark Evolution crash to the Start Screen during the load screen. Asphalt 8: Airbourne will work until the race is about to begin... Will do a 3, 2, 1 countdown video, then once a race is about to start the game shuts off and the Start screen appears. Smaller gaming apps will work, such as: Cut the rope, Jet Pack Joyride, Solitaire, etc.

I tried updating video drivers and doing all of the recommended windows 8.1 updates. I then did a full reset of the tablet. Have not made any progress.

Assuming reinstalling the app didn't work,

There are a bunch of troubleshooting steps here

I believe you can also check the event viewer to see the error logs - then google the error codes to maybe get some answers.

Standard suggestions...
install Windows 8.1 "Win8.1 update 1" from the Windows Store,
run Asus Live Update, install all updates
update BIOS to latest using Winflash... currently 313... Live Update I believe will take you to only 306
install all Windows important (and recommended) updates.

I had this same issue with the same model and it turned out my resolution was too high. It was set at 1368x768 and I had to set it to 1366x768 - then all of the games worked fine.
