Gaming on the Transformer Book T100
Thought this may be of interest to some people considering a purchase. I've spent most the day with my T100 hooked up to my capture card running through some different games and the results have been broadly positive! The GPU is a cut down version of the Intel HD found in Ivy Bridge processors with 4 EU's instead of 6 or 16 (depending on the model) and lowered clocked, but performance is about on a par with a 1st generation Core i3/i5 HD Graphics which is pretty good considering this is a 2w chip!
Anyway, a few videos below to show what performance is like. If you have any others you'd like me to run let me know and I'll give them a go.

Thanks. I'm adding more all the time. Just put up World of Warcraft and a Quicksync test

Excellent videos! I am so excited that I'll have this in next week. I've missed out on numerous PC games over the years and cannot wait to try some of these.
Any chance of seeing something like Halo 1 or 2 or something more demanding like GTA IV? I doubt GTA would run well, but it would be a pleasant surprise if it did.

Gta 3 would run great, but GTA 4 is a demanding game even for high end pcs. So no chance of it running smooth on this atom.

Really helpful videos. Nice to check out if a game runs ok before buying it.
Civ 5 seemed to play okish once you got past the 4 minute loading time wait.
Ill maybe give Guild Wars 2 a go, but dont hold out too much hope it'll run ok.

I tried GTA4 and it doesn't work - under settings it says you only have 26MB of VRAM and after the menu it hangs. GTA San Andreas worked though when I tried it.

Never played it before, but I can load it up and see if it runs.

DOTA 2 tested here now. I've never played the game so I opted to spectate on a match instead and picked out some of the more intense sequences from that.
Edit: Uploaded the correct version now. Sorry about that.
