    T100Chi keyboard pairing / connection problems

    Any ideas on this? Device manager shows the "T100CHI Docking" (with a picture of a keyboard) with a status of "Paired", but keys and trackpad are non-responsive. Both devices are charged. Rebooted multiple times...

    Running Windows 10...

    W10 & bluetooth don't work well on the T100. I believe the bluetooth issue is a wider one across W10 in general.
    Roll back to W8.1 and wait 6 months for W10 to mature to a semi-reliable condition.

    I followed some tips on fixing this bluetooth pairing issue. Apparently, if you reset the bluetooth setting of the dock, you can run into this problem.

    Basically, there are two things to do. One is to move the slide switch to the right and hold it trying to pair it. If that does not work, you can "remove" the dock device and then repair holding the switch to the right to give you enough time to type in the pairing code. If you get an error when trying to pair after removing the dock, then restart the T100 and then try to pair the keyboard.

    Be sure you have backed up your T100 before doing this. I use Macrium Reflect to back up my PCs.

    Tablet not responding to docking station

    This is my first post here - hope I am in the right place. I bought my wife a T100 Chi and she is having problems!! the most annoying being that the tablet is not responding to the docking station keyboard or touchpad. On the tablet, bluetooth information says it is paired with the docking station, both batteries are charged. Is there something we have to do to take it out of "tablet mode".
    Any help would be appreciated

    How do I find my pairing code (I presume that is the same as a passkey) and where do I type it in.
    The "bluetooth light" no longer comes on when the switch is slid across - is this because the devices are already paired?
    Not sure why there is the need to back up the device before doing this.
    Sorry for any naivity!

    Unable to pair BT Dock

    Hi Folks,

    I purchased the device below, upgraded to Windows 10, updated all drivers, downloaded and installed bios 206. But I am unable to pair the keyboard/dock to the tablet, it keeps requesting a passcode which I don't have.
    I can pair the keyboard to my phone and it works, the passcode pops up on the phone. I can also pair my phone to the tablet without issue.
    Is there a way to get the passcode to display on the tablet whilst trying to pair them together?

    T100 CHI - Intel Quad-Core Atom Bay Trail-T, Z3775 1.46GHz, 2GB RAM + 64GB eMMC

    Hi There,

    I have managed to resolve my issue. Borrowed my Daughters T100 and connected my keyboard to hers and then her keyboard to mine. No issues since.
    Probably not much help to others.

    I've had the previously mentioned pairing issue with one of my chi's on 1st attempt, the pairing key was displayed but vanished before I succeeded in entering it, on all subsequent attempts windows 10 refuses to display the key.

    This workaround worked for me though, as this method showed the pairing key needed

    Control Panel
    Add a Device
    Select Keyboard
    Click "OK try entering a passcode on it"
    Type number as shown and press return
