I'd recommend following the directions, which I beleive say to charge it fully before using it, that's what I did and I've had zero problems with mine *knock on wood*

I can tell you the Battery University advice is legit. Before I knew about it, I did almost the exact opposite with my Macbook Air. I ran it down to 0% all the time. Used it plugged in frequently, waiting a long time between charges, you name it. Now barely 2 years later I'm lucky if the battery has 60% of the capacity it did new, it's been beaten into the ground. Applied the BU advice to everything I've bought since then, except my cell phone because it's nearly impossible to do with a phone and I have seen a huge difference with everything else that has a Li-ion battery and I seriously doubt the issue is Apple's battery because they use top notch stuff in pretty much everything they build.

Follow the Battery University advice and steer clear of anyone who tells you anything else.

So how should i charge it? In small intervals? 10-15 % and once in every two mounths to full recharge and charge from 0 to 100% ? Is that the best way ?

I wouldn't make yourself crazy trying to charge it in 10-15% intervals.

The main key points are try not to run the battery down below 30% or so when you can avoid it. Don't charge it up to 100% and then sit there and use it plugged in and charged at 100% for hours at a time.

If you CAN, try to avoid charging it all the way to 100% every time and try and keep it in the 60-80% range most of the time. You can do that with shorter, more frequent charging. Again though, don't make yourself crazy with this. As long as you don't constantly run the battery low and charge it to the top every day you should see a good lifespan from the battery and it will work well for years.
