initial 8 hour charge
I didnt read the manual and charged it to like 80 percent then used it to 15percent.
And only after that did i the 8 hour charge overnight!
Will i have worse battery life now? Could somebody from Asus answer this? (to be sure)

I did the same, if not worse used it from about 15% battery and charging. Honestly don't think it will make much difference to battery life.

This is an independently owned and operated forum with no affiliation with Asus. As for your battery. It should be fine.

jeffrey this is my first tablet, can you tell me if between two models of the t100 equal pretty much the same hours of usage`? Regarding battery capacity, or can you expect differences`?

TRANSFORMER FORUMS LEGEND
The only difference between the two T100 models is the B1 has 32 GB of internal storage and the C1 has 64 GB of internal storage.
Battery life will be damn near identical.
Also, I did not charge my (Android) TF101 when I first got it 2.5 years ago for the recommended 8 hours. Initially I got about 16 hours of battery life between charges. It has slipped down to about 12-13 now. But, considering I use it 6+ hours a day, that ain't bad!
I don't think it is going to be that detrimental to your battery if you did not charge it the first time. Batteries now are getting much better as far as less memory and more tolerant with strange charging cycles.

When I got mine it was fully charged after about 4 hrs on the charger. Couldn't see where after it's fully charged leaving it on the charger for another 4 hrs was going to make any difference.

is it still recommended to do 3 (or 5?) deep charges at the beginning? (going from 15Percent and do a 8 hours charge)

I just bought mine... are you sure?
Mine was charged in 2 hours.
Both the led indicator as the battery status indicator in windows, say it is fully charged.
Is it safe to unplug and use, or should I just leave it plugged in?
I wanna play with it hehehe.
Windows is making a comeback for me.
I've gotten tired of the bugs and limitations in Lubuntu.
Ubuntu needs another year or two to mature.

Just charge it as you want, it won't make a difference.
This notion of only charging it to a certain capacity is mostly garbage. Most of people's "knowledge" on batteries comes from 20 years ago, with NiCD type cells where they could develop a "memory", etc...
Such has NOT been the case for well over a decade with LiPo, NiMH and LiFE type cells. Just charge it up and use it, don't worry about it. There is no proven method of a "charging procedure" that gives better or worse results... People just repeating outdated information on the internet and not questioning it for validity.
You will be fine, fear not! :-)

This is from Battery University:
Similar to a mechanical device that wears out faster with heavy use, so also does the depth of discharge (DoD) determine the cycle count. The shorter the discharge (low DoD), the longer the battery will last. If at all possible, avoid full discharges and charge the battery more often between uses. Partial discharge on Li-ion is fine; there is no memory and the battery does not need periodic full discharge cycles to prolong life, other than to calibrate the fuel gauge on a smart battery once in a while.

I suggest reading the articles in Battery University that apply to the Li-ion batteries used in tablets. The Battery Use Guide in my signature links to a thread that also has a wealth of tips and information.
