This sounds like a question for the forum "Asus Transformer Book T100 Alternate OS's & Development", which you will find by clicking your way up through the boards and then one level down. You could argue, that you just want an emulator and then I guess it is not really an alternate OS.

This works in dual boot with Windows 10.
Remix OS - The Future of Android PC is now on Android Marshmallow

    Get download here: https://www.fosshub.com/Remix-OS.html
32-bit version only which does support UEFI. T100 cannot use Legacy mode, it's locked to 32-bit UEFI.
64-bit installer installs Remix but errors when writing to boot loader

Before you attempt install, go to BIOS & disable Secure Boot.

This gives some guidance, but not all of it worked for me.
I could not get the 64-bit version to complete the install using his installer or the one that now comes with Remix.
I wanted to keep Remix on a separate partition from Windows.
It also says "hold F2 to boot in to Bios". Holding doesn't work, continuous tapping does.

    UPDATE
Found a thread on the xda developer's forum specifically related to the T100 series.
