setup dual boot now can't factory reset

I have a new 32 gig t100ha and I tried to install the dual-boot magic stick.

Now the F9 Factory reset no longer works.

I did manage to get Windows 10 installed off of a USB, but I really want the Stock Asus reset back.

Is there any way I can fix this?

    Thank You.

    Welcome to the forum

Windows 10 doesn't use a recovery partition as far as I know.

I reccomend you try to follow this guide here [GUIDE] How to Clean Install Windows 10 and Install Drivers

You have likely written over the recovery partition some how or are not accessing it correctly. Either way you wouldn't be able to merge the dual boot partitions again without completely formatting all your partitions. This guide will help you with that.

Please post on that thread if you run into any problems or need something explained in more detail.

I have the 32 gig t100ha. Isn't the recovery on a separate rom - module on the board?

    Install or run it live?
The Magic Stick Android install is buggy & may not work, which I guess you found out. It even says so on the Grub boot loader.

The partition could still be there, but the magic Stick installs the Grub boot loader in place of the Windows boot loader.

If you didn't create an image backup before you started, then you're S.O.L. on the "Stock Asus reset", unless you can figure out how to reinstall the Windows boot loader.
