ok so, after fiddling around with the installer for a while i finally got it to boot into andoid x8 32 bit version. fully. after a reboot and then trying a manual install (which i hadnt figured out yet), i somehow messed up the th eboot part of the stock os. so, it shoots me into the recovery area of boot and then allows me to now boot from the usb stick fully.

sadly, ive yet to get it fully insalled, as im still sitting at the "are yo sure? this is your final chance to back out because this will make you lose all of your data yada yada yada" part of the andoid x86 installer. it hasnt frozen up, as i can still type and what not, but no progress has been made yet. Ill keep updating this as i get as i get further. Thank you

ok, so ive got it fully installed. but it refuses to actually boot to it. i have to have the original installation media inserted. well, at least it was like that.

this time that i installed it, when it showed the drives that were available to install to, it didnt show the "restore" drive anymore, which was about 7 or 8 gigs of storage. I think it was even a different name... i belive sda. the other options at the time werre the asteriked installation media and another emmc stoarge drive, of about 30 gigs. im actually in the installed android x86 os right now, and about to reboot again because im exp wifi issues. ill let you know what happens.

    regards

ALAS! it actually booted straight into android x86, unlike before... where it would just stop at bios, like there wasnt anything installed. Now, it shows that there is an unssupported usb device inserted (i dont have anything inserted.) when i click the notification and go to format the mentioned usb drive, it stalls at 20 percent and gives the error message" command 8 volume partition disk 8;0 private failed with 400 12 command failed."

i have NO idea what that means, but ive reboot many times now and it reboots right back nto android x86

ok so, ive still not been able to get anything else to boot besides both the 64 bit and the 32 bit version of android x86 and lakka. the system doesnt even rcognize the 32 bit version of xubuntu, formatted under both gpt and mbr. which is weird because it does when trying to boot lakka or the android x86.

ill keep trying different things and get back with you guys
