Question Need to reinstall Windows after Ubuntu issue

    Hi there!

    I need your help...

    I've tried T100 Magic Stick.
I wanted to test Ubuntu on my Asus T100, who it works.
But I made a mistake and erase primary partition!

Since that mistake, all I can do is install Ubuntu 15.04 by using the T100 Magic Stick, or access to BIOS settings.

I have tried to use my USB stick in order to reinstall Windows by making a bootable USB (with Rufus, Windows 7 USB toolkit, and other tool by Windows) but I can't boot from my USB stick.
When I try to make a bootable USB with Linux, it works.
Same thing when I try with Android-x86.
But when I try with a Windows (seven, or 8.1, or 10 preview), it doesn't work at all, I just have access to BIOS settings.

    What can I do?
    What could I try?

    Thanks a lot!

julow - Hi, we're sorry about what happened with your T100. You can try using the following steps to do a reset in the case the windows partition is still intact.

    1. Ensure the notebook is plugged in and powered off.
    2. Press the power button and tap on "F9".
    3. Select "Troubleshoot".
    4. Select "Reset".

If the partition was definitely remove, you can email us at socialsupportus@asus.com for us to have an RMA created for you to send the notebook in for servicing.

If you have any further questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to let us know. Your case number is N150555142. We will be more than happy to assist you. Once again, thank you for choosing ASUS products and services.

    Thank you,
