Any way to manually change the keyboard layout (page up page down)

Is there any way I could swap the page break, print screen, insert and delete keys in the upper right hand corner with the page up, page down, home and end keys found as a secondary in the arrow keys? I would rather the keys I use more often be more easily accessible than the ones I rarely use. Thanks.

    Welcome to the forum

I don't know of any way to do it within Wndows but AutoHotKey could do it
You could ask for assistance with the script over in the AHK forum

    Good luck
