battery head's up!

I was having problems with touch but if I left the case cracked open a bit it seemed to work....well I decided to look inside and to my surprise I found the battery was bloated and of course if closed the case it would apply pressure......so after so many years the battery still functioned but I am going to replace it.....bloat is not good and I wonder how many bloated batteries exit in the tablets with people not knowing?.bloated battery1.jpgbloated battery.jpgbattery type.jpg

Mine bloated and pushed the frame out and if I click the frame back in, the screen doesn't work. Have you found and replaced the battery.

There is lots of text and it does say asus several places.

I am waiting for the new battery......expected delivery is May 6th......most of the replacement C21 batteries come from China and I ordered mine from Canada Battery which they said they had in stock which meant not in their Ottawa warehouse....but China ...most say over a month for delivery. https://www.canada-laptop-battery.co...sus-5369.html#

I'd look into getting it replaced too; shouldn't be too expensive.
