and have not any change
can u tel me what i do
once you get this info in the CMD window, you need to swich to the Android mode by pressing a blue button on the right side of the tablet. After that (you will probably see the booting error message) ou need to press the power button of the tablet to swich off the tablet. Please keep the tablet mounted to the station all the time. After the table is off, you need to start it again, but in the fastboot mode. This you can do by pressing the power button of the tablet and immediatelly holding the volume-down button. After that the fastboot will start reinstalling the Android on the tablet.
I hope this helps.
I've followed the steps outlined and put everything on a folder labelled '1' on the c drive. Fastboot seem to run but it says < waiting for device >
I've tried switching to Android mode as suggested above by Djokoo. When I restart in fastboot mode I just get taken back to the 'signature mismatch - booting failed - unrecoverable bootloader error (0x00000008).' message on the top left hand side of the screen.
Can anyone help? I loved being able to switch between Windows and Android and I've missed this since the update failed.
I recently had my tablet refusing to boot. I didn't however have the signature mismatched error the OP had. Manually booting wasn't working and I was about ready to wipe data when I decided first to just plug it in for a bit. I took if off the base and dug out my rarely ever used power adapter and plugged it in. Less than a minute on that charger and it just decided to boot as normal, with all my data still in tack! Wanted to share in case this simple trick helps anyone else with this similar issue.
UPDATE: A few months after figuring out to use the power adapter, it ultimately stopped fixing the problem, and I kept getting stuck in boot loop. I figured the old battery could perhaps use a replacement, so I bought a new one and replaced - boot loop did not resolve. I then followed Deviance's instructions to re flash the firmware and it got it out of boot loop and up and running again!
Also, ASUS is completely no help, they refused to offer a repair and would not supply parts (new battery) saying the device is too old to try and fix. I ended up buying a battery from a third party.
