Entirely reinstall android on p1801-t

Hello!
it seems my p1801-t is completly formated and i wish access to the recovery mode to entirely reinstall android.
When I push the power button and the volume one during 10 secondes, the screen shows "Asus pad mode" 2 secondes, then turn off.
I can't find any tutorial.
Someone, please, help me!!

You're probably holding down the 'Power' button too long.
Try this:
Hold down 'Power' and 'Vol. down' buttons.
When 'pad mode' shows on the screen LET GO of the 'Power' button but keep holding 'Vol. down'.
When the boot selection screen shows, let go of 'Vol. down' and press the 'Vol. up' button to enter download mode.
If you change your mind, just press and hold 'Power' to turn the tablet off.
