    Hello,
I am trying to open my ASUS P1801 but I do not see how to remove the clip to open it.
I want to install a 64GB SSD to test and if it works I will buy a 512GB SSD.

How can I remove the clip? Opening these compact equipment is a problem
Could an SSD coexist with the original HD?

    Thank you

Now I see the clip better. In that position stands out little and is difficult to see.

As soon as I have the courage to open the equipment I will do some detailed photo of the clip from another angle.
I want to try a 110GB SSD and if it works fine buy a 480GB. The bottleneck of this equipment is the HDD.

Do you think two SSD + HDD or SSD + SSD drives would fit?

    Thanks

    All done!!!
I thought the clip was on the other side and it's one of the clips on the cover.
SATA cables are super rigid, very hard to handle.

It's a pain that the DVD is mSATA, otherwise it would have left the current HDD and the 110GB SSD. I will buy a 500GB SSD.
Does anyone know of male-mSATA / Female-SATA cables?

    Performance is brutal now!!!

This has been hard work for me, but the result is highly satisfying.
I edited the photos with GIMP, they open in seconds. Spectacular!!!.

The performance of the computer is great and it works without latencies. The difference in data access is incredible. Everything is better!!! : D

I have put this SSD disk of 480GB. In the photos you see the distribution of the disk.

With a total cost of 127

Many people tried to upgrade Aio with a new SSD disks. So, could you please confirm if you managed to install concurrently both HDD and a new SSD?

What connection could you use for SSD disk : just the existing SATA connection used by the original HDD or some other like M.2 or PCI express?

I am trying to upgrade my AiO but still do not know what is the best option. I would rather keep my HDD as a second disk, but not sure if there is a place for two disks inside the case.
