    Hi,

    Yes to a lot of your problems. Fan stopped working in mine and made the grinding sound, 2 different keypads bouncing all over, horrible battery life. Sent it back 2 different times all with the same results. This machine was a real dud for the cost.

    Thanks for the offer Asus USA....I got rid of this thing as quickly as I could as I needed something more reliable like an Apple computer where the touch pad actually works. I do not have time to constantly be without a computer sending it back and forth for repairs. My suggestion would be to build a more quality product or to work out the kinks before releasing something. It seems that many of us suffer from the same exact problems with the same exact devices...
