    Restoring from App Backup app is not working after Factory Reset

    Hi everyone,

    I had to perform a Factory Reset yesterday on my MemoPad 302C - backed everything up through the App Backup app and copied photos to Web Storage.

    Trying to restore now - and it's just not working. Starts to retore, then the app "unfortunately has stopped working."

    Is there another way to do Restore?

    Welcome to the forum Dana

    Did you use the app to back up to a microSD card? If so you may want to check the integrity of the card using your computer and a card reader.

    I used the app and it's showing that the backup is on the microSD card AND the internal storage - I've tried restoring from both locations.

    Also - kinda weird - to me, anyway - when I go to File Manager, there is Internal Storage and MicroSD - all the apps are listed in both places. But they're not actually showing up on the tablet as icons, etc. ???

    ok - well, update here . I had a backup file from November 2014 and it is restoring just fine. So maybe this will be ok and my backup yesterday was just corrupt somehow.

    having issues getting my backed up notebooks back into SuperNote though. ugh.

    thanks... trudging along.
    Still no luck with the notes in SuperNote. I plugged tablet directly in to computer - tried to drag and drop the files from the SuperNote folder over to the MemoPad. They show up in the File Manager - but not SuperNote and I can't import them. or open them.
