Do you have a separate problem than the OP? Like I told them, if you can access the recovery through the bootloader then you can load firmware.

Check out the master help guide in my signature and find the guide on how to manually install firmware. Then find the firmware file on the Asus support page. You will need to unzip it once then rename the inside zip according to the guide.

It's not looking good. I know of only one way to fix a "unrecoverable bootloader error" and you need an unlocked bootloader for that one - which you cannot do as Gtanner already explained.
Only thing I can think of is to repeatedly try to boot into stock recovery selecting the RCK icon, hoping that somehow it goes past whatever is blocking it to boot.
But I do not have much hope.... It probably is a brick - sorry.

I got your pm but It's better to post this here for other's reference.

The bootloader is a separate system that works independently of the android operating system. It is the creek with three icons that you access by holding down power and volume buttons as you boot the tablet.

The options are selected using volume down and volume up will confirm them.

RCK let's you insert a micro SD card prepared with a firmware file that has been renamed and it will install this firmware

Android man. Thus is a cold boot I to android which clears temporary cache and can solve minor problems.

    Wipe data. Self explanatory.

Ok. Do I need to an unlocked bootloader to try the method of renaming update file and putting it in Sd card to use with RCK?

No. Look at the guide on how to do this in the master help guide. The guide States it's for the transformer models but it works for your model as well.

You will see that you need a working bootloader though. There is an android cartoon guy with gears spinning in his belly and he will fall over if there is no firmware file.

I tried the master guide but it doesn't seem to work.

Another thing I noticed is that there is a green light fading in and out when the bootloader loads, the strange thing is that when I select RCK or other options, the blinking or fading of the icon stops and the respective information appears as I posted in the first post. It seems that the blinking freezes, Upon choosing RCK or ANDROID figure, after the information in the left upper side says Signatuer match and the blinking stop or freezes, I wait for about an hour or more, but nothing appears. Never saw the android guy laying on his back or his belly open.

P.S: Its stock, not rooted, sometimes it would hang for a few seconds, but after clearing recent apps, it would do fine, but Last time it froze while chrome app was on and it was frozen completely, I had to force shutdown by holding power button for several seconds. Afterwards its stuck at the ASUS Logo. That is the most information I can share.

    Thanks for your help.

Today i started Chrome browser and it hanged, nothing was working so I tried to restart it by holding power button, Now it is stuck in the logo.

By holding power and vol down button in the Menu, the following things appear:

    Android cardhv-user bootloader <1.00e> released by "US_epad-10.6.1.31-20130823" A03
key driver not found.. Booting OS

    Starting fastboot USB download protocol

    RCK ANDROID Wipe data

When I press wipe data it says:

Wiping user data and any indicator before cold-booting Linux.

    Please wait a few minutes...

    Booting Recovery kernel image

    Booting failed

    Unrecoverable bootloader error (0x00000000).

    Upon RCK it says:

    Booting Recovery kernel image

    Signature Match.

    Upon ANDROID it says:

    Cold-booting Linux

    Signature match.

    and nothing else happens.

already used the reset button, nothing seems to work as much as I know.

    Any help will be appreciated.

I borrowed it from a friend ad he will want it fixed.

    So help me out.
    Thanks
