    Hi bishop

I'd say the answer would be "yes" - based on the microUSB charging port. It won't charge very fast, of course, a PC USB port is rated at 5v/500ma.

Couple of things to suggest In the Master Help Guide (link in signature) you will find...
    1. A link to download the owners manual for the ME301 from Asus which should give you the definitive answer
    2. Our dedicated charging/ battery thread for all Asus tablets.

Both of those sources would be helpful, I'd say.

    All the best

I just had a look at the user manual for the ME301 from Asus

    It says this...
    • Your MeMO Pad can be charged via the USB port on the computer only when it is in sleep mode (screen off ) or powered off.
    • Charging through the USB port may take longer time to complete.
    • If your computer does not provide enough power for charging your MeMO Pad, charge your MeMO Pad via the grounded socket outlet instead.

Given that the charger for the Me301 is 5v/2a a PC port could take up to 32 hours to charge the device!

It will charge but it will be very, very slow. The manual is correct; having it on sleep or off would help a lot, but I would not recommend it. It will take forever.
