It sounds like you have the wrong recovery file which is not compatible with your device.

Do you still have access to the boatloads screen? If you do and still have access to fastboot, I think you should try following another guide to install the correct TWRP. Once that is done you can either flash the official firmware back or use a custom Rom.

I would recommend following the exact instructions in my guide for tf300 (listed in the signature) The recovery has been proven to work with the Me 301t as well. Perhaps you were using a recovery that wasnt compatible with newer kitkat based ROMs?
When you get to the part where you want to install a rom you will need to find one with ME301 in the title listed in the tf300 xda development section here Transformer TF300T Android Development - XDA Forums. For example there are specific builds of OmniROM and CM11 made for your device as well as a flashable compatibility pack to let you install most tf300 ROMs on your device.

I hope this helps you and is understandable for you. If you need any clarification please don't hesitate to ask.

P.S. If you try to install official ASUS firmware you need to unzip the file once revealing a second zip file inside.

Ok. There must be some communication issues between us. First of all, I assume that you are bootloader unlocked meaning you have once used the asus unlock tool to unlock the bootloader.

Then I asked you to follow all the instructions on this page [GUIDE] How to Root/Install ROMs on the TF300. Jelly Bean KitKat and Lollipop ROMs. Nowhere their does it discuss using fastboot to flash the complete asus firmware file.

If you did want to try that then you would need to unzip it fully to reveal the .blob file and flash that instead.

I suggest that you follow the guide and then when you have twrp installed you can report back and I can assist with finding a proper ROM for you to install. Dont be afraid to ask questions.
    Swipe likes this.

Thank you, my English is very bad.

Since I have installed TWRP tool is the recovery log. When I tried to install the .zip. I did not know I had to unpack completely.

Anyway, I installed TWRP and I can not connect with the pc. And unfortunately did not backup to to flash. What is the recovery.log paste before.

From TWRP only lets me see .zip files I can not see the blob file

No, no. You did it right so far. The ....epad-user-10.6.1.31.zip is the right file to flash in TWRP - do not unzip it further. But TWRP cannot mount your microSD. The card needs to be formatted fat32. Are you sure it is in that file format?
Which TWRP version are you using?
@Gtanner00 - that error was from within TWRP - not fastboot.

Ah I see. I also assumed that the OP was trying to upgrade their twrp to install custom roms. They have twrp 2.5 which should work fine for restoring stock firmware.

Yeah, he added the pic since my last post.
@jack_sp Do you have adb access from your computer when booted into TWRP?
