Did you install a Custom Rom? Many developers include it in the Rom package. Here's a link to XDA discussion of SuperSu:

Thanks, but I have not installed any custom roms. I installed framroot before??? but since then I did a factory reset, which should remove everything correct?

Then I only installed mainstream apps, spotify, zinio etc..

Framroot installed the SuperSU binaries (and it seems also the app) to /system. A factory reset only removes what the user intalled in /data ('cause /system is not accessible to a user without root).
Since you do not have a custom recovery, you are in a bind.
You need root to use eg Titanium Backup to uninstall the SuperSU app> You would n't see it anymore, but the SuperSU binaries would still be there. If you remove those (unroot from within the app) you won't be able to uninstall the app because you lost root.
That's why it's better to flash the binaries and then install the app to /data....
To completely get rid of any trace of root on your system you would have to reflash the stock rom.
