    Problems with screen lock

    Hi everyone!
I have a problem with my Asus MemoPad HD7. At the beginning I didnt have any screen lock on my tablet. But today when I wanted to install certificates to wifi at my University I was asked to set a "pattern" screen lock. After this I have to put this pattern to use my tablet. When I go to:
    settings/security/screen lock
I can't choose "none" option. I can't choose slide and face unlock also. All of them are written in green and below each of one is written:
"Disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage"

What do I have to do now to disabled any screen lock option?

Check under Settings> Security > Device Administrators and see if there is something listed that you can uncheck . If there is you may have to recheck again if you use your University wifi . This is just a uneducated guess .

This is an issue with the security requirements for your university. It probably requires exchange services. It would be this way regardless of the device. Unfortunately there is no easy fix. There is a discussion on XDA here, [APP MOD] Exchange Security Bypass (No PIN/No Admin) - Android 4.3/4.2/4.1 [v4.0] - xda-developers that has a way to bypass the security...BUT I do not know anyone personally who has tried it. You must be rooted. It may also get you in trouble with your university if it is detected. I cannot advocate it or vouch for the safety or stability of the mod.

Ive checked it and there is a "Android Device Manager (Allow Android Device Manager to lock or erase a lost device)". Ive recheck it but still cant change screen lock.

The android device manager is a remote application to wipe your tablet if it is stolen
It will not mean anything in regards to screen lock. Unfortunately you have 2 options ... Use the pin code or don't use the university's internet.
