It will be interesting to see where android goes in the next 12 months (roughly the time frame I would be looking to upgrade an aging laptop in) I would expect Android 5 or whatever it will be called to be much more polished than it is now, hopefuly enough to start directly competing with Windows 8 in the larger touch screen enabled ultrabook catagory. However considering that Google would like to see Android and Chrome OS stay seperated at least for a little while longer I think that android as far astablets are concerned will stay in the realm of mobile device/toy rather than fulltime computing system.
If google did manage to get its act together it would already have almost a billion apps to attract people to its multipurpose OS
just thought i would put that out there on this thread as it is about future tablets, although I am not looking to replace my current unit and this would almost be a considerable downgrade (makes me feel better knowing that some of the newest budget models still have the same internal specs as my soon to be 1 year old tf300)
That's just my Nickel (pennies are no longer in circulation anymore in Canada) looking forward to a future where devices bought brand new will not be considerably out of date a year from then.

No release date for Canada yet? I'd like to get one of these for my son.
Most likely any place in Canada that carries the original memo pad 7 ie. Staples, Best Buy and Future Shopvwill add this to their line up if they are smart they will do it before the back to school season.

PD: I Did a factor y reset allready
go into Settings to All Apps & scroll down to your Camera App & Tap, check to make sure it's enabled, clear Cash reboot...there is also a Manual Launch Button you can try, there......
also you can try this, open your Camera App from your home screen and look for 3 vertical Dots on the bottom left side of your screen & Tap then scroll down to the very bottom of the menu that pops up and Tap Restore Default Settings........
if still a no go, then you could just go to the Playstore and download a New Camera apk.
