    Connect a hard disk

    I have a 2.5" hard disk in an USB enclosure land I would like tot use it on my Memo Pad. However the HDA pulls top much current so it will not work. What van I do to let it work properly.
    Already I have prepared a cable to separate the power wires. Can I simply connect an extra power source to those wires or what?
    I am afraid to experiment and end up with a destroid Tablet.
    Who can help?

    Ps: I have corrected a lot of typos. Typed the first edition on my tablet !
