    launcher has stopped

    Hello
    bought a memo hd7 a couple of day ago having great fun with it trying to find out how to work things there seems to be no instructions ??
    Just as I am getting the hang of it I get a message.. unfortunately launcher has stopped. If I cannot find a solution I will take it back to currys any idea's

    Welcome to the forum.

    Have you tried rebooting it?

    Rebooting clears up all kinds of stuff.

    Moved to MeMO Pad (7") help.

    Rebooting is just shutting down and restarting. I don't have a Memo, but it's usually holding down the power button until it asks you if you want to shut down.

    first; plug the power/AC and connect the USB charging cable [not from a computer] and let the HD7 charge overnight [8 hours].
    Running off the battery tap the power button one time, does anything come on the screen? If not hold the power button for 2 seconds, anything yet? If not hold the power button [ 10 sec] till you see something on the screen.

    If you still do not see anything take it back you might have a battery problem.

    I'll give Wally's instructions a try tonight. I've also been getting another "unfortunately... has stopped" message for MyLibraryLite app. Do you know how to get it working again?

    Usually going to settings>apps-all - scroll to that app -- clear cache, clear data>force stop may help -- or an uninstall , reinstall of the app.
