The New Asus MeMO

I realize this does not belong here but there is not a section that does and viewers in this section should know about this. I also have not found a thread about this, so if there is one, then a moderator should close this one. The Asus MeMo is a 7" tablet releasing in Q2 2012. It is very similar to the normal Prime but has a 5MP camera instead of 8MP. It is quad core and...a great $249!

I don't like how it's 47% thicker than the Prime. That's one of the main reasons I didn't consider the Kindle Fire (which by the way, according to current specs is skinnier than the MeMo )

Now we have new MeMo section for both the 7" & 10.1" models, I have moved this thread over to the 7" section & reopened it again.

Just to add some detail, the 10.1" MeMo is quad core, but the 7" tablet is only single core. In the UK the 10.1" sells for £249 & the 7" for £129.
