Can you get to the bootloader screen to get back into fastboot? Also, did you unlock the bootloader before trying to flash things?

No and No. I have tried to pin it. Vol and power buttons. I have tried to get back into the boot loader but think I am doing something wrong. I have tried to find a step by step process to try and get back in but no luck. On a scale of 1-10 on knowledge I am a 5-6. Sorry not much help.

I would say the best thing would be to fastboot the factory image back onto the device. I can't tell you how to do that as my old TF101 doesn't have fastboot, but XDA might be able to give you some pointers to get you on your way.
