    Screen Flickering problem

Hi, It's my first post and thread at this forum so excuse me if I posted in wrong section.
I got a Asus Memopad 10 bought by my brother from Staples in USA some months back, it doesnt carry any warranty.
Just recently I started facing a small problem of screen flickering, it happens at random ocassions and on any differnt activity, playing game, browing or generally using it. Restarting the device hasnt solved it also. I also installed a recent upgrade taking it to 4.2.2 and I presume its Jelly Bean, but that also hasn't solved the issue. I dont remember dropping the device anytime, also the screen flickering just dissapears also like it doesnt even exist.
Help required please , and experts please any easy ways as I'm a newbie and cant do all the complicated stuff or Roor the device.

    Welcome to the forum

My best suggestion would be to backup & perform a Factory Reset from Settings.

That should fix the glitch for you. We have a step by step guide on the process linked from the Master Help Guide (link in signature, below)

    All the best

Well that guide tells you how to enable the developer options - that's fine, no problems there.

So, in short, you won't hurt anything by trying. Good detective work

I`m afraid it didn`t work for me. I followed all the steps on Land of technology but the screen is still flickering. Any other suggestions are very welcome. But may be it is just a garantee-job.
