    Help with screen flicker

I have my memopad 10 and it installed an update to take it to Android 4.2.2 but my problem is now that sometimes the screen flickers or goes white with certain apps or certain screens. Is there a way to fix this? I hope I do not have to do a hard reset. I have read elsewhere on the net that it is an Android issue and not my tablet. All I did was install the update and restart the tablet.

    Welcome to the forum.

A hard reset is another name for Cold Boot. A Cold Boot doesn't delete anything on your tablet. The procedure is listed in the Master Help Guide, linked below.

A factory reset is a different procedure -- the details are also in the Master Help Guide.

I would try a Cold Boot first. Keep us posted.
