Asus Memo pad 10 ME102a - make it much faster

I bought the tablet and the first thing i noticed is that it lags. Its frustrating to use it for long time cause it lags when loading pages, lags when typing, sometimes even lags swipping thru menu. For me it is almost unusable cause i am not a very patient when it comes to using gadgets.
I read that the problem is probably the zenUI with lots of bloatware and badly optimising and wanted to upgrade to kitkat or lollipop. But there aren't any updates from asus and even could not find any custom rom for it. There just isn't any outthere.

    Then i started to experiment.

I found out there is a way to do certain things to optimize the tablet and now it's way way faster. Feels like a totally different device. Pretty much no lags whatsoever.
So i did a couple of things.

    1. downloaded Titanium Backup from the Google Play store and removed all the bloatware (you need to root the device first). I even removed things like live wallpapers. But You must be carefull because if you remove some vital parts you might brick your device. i recomend to remove only preinstalled apps you can see in your app menu and you will probably never use (like newspaper app, book app, music app, movies app, skype app, weather,...) DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.

    2. go to settings and switch ASUS keyboard to Google keyboad. I actually deleted the Asus keyboard in Titanium Backup amongst previously mentioned apps (Asus keybord causes lagging while typing).

    3. Boot the device in 'bios' and clear cashe then reboot. In my experience this did the most difference in making the tablet snappy.

I also downloaded CPU-Z app and i checked for ram usage before and after those steps. Before i had arround 200-250 Mb free. Now i have arround 500 Mb. That bloatware took so much resources.

If you do this you will see the true Me102a and not that laggy piece of s... it was before.

If you need any help along the way i will gladly help.
Before i was dissapointed after the purchase. Now i love it.

    Have a good one guys.
