Stock wallpaper no longer fills screen in portrait mode

Background: I've tried to use a couple of wallpapers, and it says "setting wallpaper" but nothing happens. I tried a couple of the recommended apps and still couldn't get it to work, so...I gave up on that and went back to the stock tree wallpaper.

Since that time, with a stock wallpaper set, when I rotate the tablet into portrait mode, the top and bottom of the screen are black bars. Interestingly, when I view the stock wallpapers and click on one to see it, it does show full-screen, but once I set the wallpaper, it reverts back to having the black bars top and bottom. Does anyone have a fix for this? It didn't do it until I started trying to put in different wallpaper (from my photos). I've read the forum pages regarding wallpapers and didn't see anything like this problem.

Edit: Sheepishly admitting that I hadn't rebooted the tablet before posting. Rebooted and stock wallpaper works properly again. I might even retry some of the wallpaper apps to see if they work now.

Welcome to the forum. I am glad that you were able to resolve your wallpaper problem so easily. It sounds to me that you might need to do a hard reboot on your tf700. Again welcome to the forum.
