Question My TF plays music / audio louder thru right speaker!

    Hi Guys!

My TF gives all audio (!) louder thru the right speaker compared to the volume on the left speaker! Are there people with the same symptom?

Are there maybe apps giving the possibility to control the left / right volume on the TF?

I've not returned the TF nor called / mailed any helpdesk as in my perception it must be something in the Honeycomb 3.1 version...

    Grtz!
    :omg:

Several other people have reported this issue. I believe moboplayer have a left and a right speaker control that you can bring up during playback of a movie.

@Garemlin; I did not mean to be offensive... I posted this question as well in the 'App' section, hoping guys 'occupied looking in the app section' would maybe able to answer the question as well... Was not sure to place my question in the 'Audio' or the 'Sound App' section; that's why I posted it in both....
    Sorry....

@MickeyLittle: Tried to bring up the volume controls during playback of a movie but get the message: "Screen is locked. Press Menu to unlock."
Cannot find any other 'Menu button' then the 'Home Screen' button; this brings me back to the Android (1st) home screen.
Checked the settings but cannot find anything like a volume / balance setting as it looks like now...
Guess I'm doing something wrong? I don't think you can 'Disable' the 'Locking of the screen' during playback...

I pressed 'Check for update' but now it's taking ages to check.... Internet connected alright...
    Will try again later...

@MickeyLittle: found the two volume buttons during playback; one can only 'disable' or 'enable' speaker output for each side separately, not adjust volume for output.....

Sorry, I knew they did something but wasn't sure exactly what. if you do a search of the forum you will see that others have had this issue as well and I think some even returned or exchanged their units.

Oh, ok; well, I think I'm gonna 'sit this one out'; I have a gut feeling it's because of (a bug?) within Honeycomb! I like my TF way too much to bring it in/back!
    It's mine, mine, mine!!!

I keep it for now! (Hoping I won't experience any of the bugs, glitches, defects, like screens that do not respond anymore etc!)

Sorry, forgot to thank you for your effort(s) and / or swift replies!
    Thanks once again!

    Greetz!

Hey no problem. I haven't worried about which speaker is louder than the other because they are both way too soft! I would love to find an amp app to turn boost the column up a bit.

But once headphones plugged in? You still think it's too soft? I've got some nice 'ear-hanging' Sennheiser ones; they give perfect sound alright! I don't think with headphones it's too soft, do you?
