It is possible to force Firefox to cache to ram. I set the configuration of Firefox for Android as per the article- and browsing speed has definitely improved.

This is for computers. Ever since ver.18 i've barely used FF it became slow and sluggish. I was hoping 18.2 would fix it but no. Using Chrome more and more. I do miss FF.
