About LinkBacksWhat is the best way and what is needed to download YouTube Videos and save them to our Transformers. I have the videos on a disc but when we tried to convert it, it did not work the same videos are available on YouTube but I have no Idea how to down load them or what format to use for our tablets.

Tubemate available on market for free but tends to be slow through experience but does the job

Answer to my own question tried TUBEX seems to download well and the interface worked well. Next question is how do I get a shortcut to the downloaded video on the home screen.

i use FreeDi i can DL the video and rip the audio as an MP3 etc. i love it.

I've gotten tubemate and FreeDi off of the amazon marketplace: but here the link it sent me to today to grab an update for it TubeMate 1.04.07 - Official Website (you can download 720p videos ^^)

TubeMate can be downloaded from the site. I don't believe it is available on the Android Market at the moment due to youtube throwing a hissy fit. They are currently working on licensing to allow it to be put back on the market. For now, google the site, and download the APK. The program automatically checks the server for updates, so you will always have the latest version should you be connected to wifi.
