I was reading an article on Lifehacker today about Market Unlocker, but can't get it to work. I'm trying to access the Amazon app store, in Canada.
I tried:

-with market unlocker running
-with VPN (reactor) connected
-making a US address in my Amazon account.

Still says the free app today is not available in my region.
Any Ideas?

EDIT
Apparently it also restricts you if you have a Canadian credit card on file. I removed all the credit cards. When I try to download the FREE app, it says I don't have a valid payment option.
I give up.
